There are so many great resources to educate ourselves. All the forms of anxiety, how it affects people, how to get help, and how to manage symptoms there's so much information to be learned. The ADAA is a great place online to read more facts so you can help yourself or your loved ones.
Anxiety lies. It can and will manipulate you.

you won't feel this way forever
Do things to take stress off yourself, get enough sleep, do self - care, have a you day! Taking care of yourself to keep anxiety and stress away is not selfish. You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself. Let friends and family in, help them understand, but let them help you too.
We got this! I have had generalized anxiety for years now, it does get better.
